INSTRUCTIONS – BEHAVIOURAL RULES —SAFETY REGULATIONS
It’s prohibited to make noises turning on sound systems(as for ex. stereo ect.) from 10p.m. 8a.m. and from 1p.m. to 4p.m. (Residence and condominiums).
It’s forbidden to introduce pets inside the flat previous consent of the lessor.
It isn’t allow to run up and down through the stairs. Before going to sleep remember to turn off the gas.
Don't set on blazes or something else which can generate fire.
It’s clearly prohibited to sublet totally or partially. It isn’t allow, lessor’s previous consent, to give hospitality to somebody. It’s forbidden to modify or transfer the lease.
After looking over and subscribing the list of the furnishings and furniture, the lessee commits himself to communicate the possible damages or particular events concerning the rented real property suddenly, to take care of the real property scrupulously and to indemnify any damage due to his/her negligence.
With certain exceptions the tenant is responsible for power and gas consumptions and cleanings.
HOW DO YOU SHOULD ARRANGE THE VACATION HOUSE AT THE END OF THE STAY:
Switch off the light.
Turn off the gas cylinder. Leave the refrigerator emptied, switched off and with the door opened. Don't leave waste bags inside the flat. Don't leave dirty or greasy saucepans.
Clean completely the kitchen.
Fold up and pick up the bed and bath linen.
Close doors and windows.
Don't leave something unattended.

Arrivals: during the time frame 17.00 – 20.00; some days before the exact time - to respect absolutely - will be communicated by Simposium Service Ltd..
Departures: during the time frame 8.30-10.00 exact time to respect absolutely.
