INSTRUCTIONS – BEHAVIOURAL RULES —SAFETY REGULATIONS
It’s prohibited to make noises turning on sound systems(as for ex. stereo ect.) from 10p.m. 8a.m. and from 1p.m. to 4p.m. (Residence and condominiums).
It’s forbidden to introduce pets inside the flat previous consent of the lessor.
It isn’t allow to run up and down through the stairs. Before going to sleep remember to turn off the gas.
Don't set on blazes or something else which can generate fire.
It’s clearly prohibited to sublet totally or partially. It isn’t allow, lessor’s previous consent, to give hospitality to somebody. It’s forbidden to modify or transfer the lease.
After looking over and subscribing the list of the furnishings and furniture, the lessee commits himself to communicate the possible damages or particular events concerning the rented real property suddenly, to take care of the real property scrupulously and to indemnify any damage due to his/her negligence.
With certain exceptions the tenant is responsible for power and gas consumptions and cleanings.
HOW DO YOU SHOULD ARRANGE THE VACATION HOUSE AT THE END OF THE STAY:
Switch off the light.
Turn off the gas cylinder. Leave the refrigerator emptied, switched off and with the door opened. Don't leave waste bags inside the flat. Don't leave dirty or greasy saucepans.
Clean completely the kitchen.
Fold up and pick up the bed and bath linen.
Close doors and windows.
Don't leave something unattended.
HERE SOME RULES:
Arrivals: during the time frame 17.00 – 20.00; some days before the exact time - to respect absolutely - will be communicated by Simposium Service Ltd..
Departures: during the time frame 8.30-10.00 exact time to respect absolutely.
Week rentals: During the High season you can rent only from Saturday to Saturday.
Cylinder: The cost is charged to the tenant, is about € 5 a week.
Light: The power consumption is paid by the lessee and will be quantified at the stay’s end (1Kw=0.50 €). For the overnight stays and weekends the cost is inclusive.
Payment of services on the spot:
When you arrive the payment relating to all the costs, the cleaning when your stay is ended, costs of receipt, extra services required, guarantee deposit and so on – all inclusive- is absolutely on the spot. Only when the payment is effected , an employ of Simposium Service will deliver to the lessee the keys of the real property and receipts relating to every paid service.
LIQUIDATED DAMAGES AND PENALITIES:
Arrivals postponed from 20.00 to 22.00 the penalty is about
€ 25,00 .
Arrivals postponed from 22 .00 to 24.00 the penalty is about
€ 40,00.
Departures anticipated from 7.00 to 8.30 the penalty is about
€ 25,00.
Arrivals and Departures on Sunday the penalty is about
€ 30,00.
The giving of the waste bags is charged to the tenant, otherwise the penalty is about € 15,00. The lessee is liable for cleaning of the kitchen, kitchenware and oven, otherwise the penalty is about € 25,00.
OPTIONAL EXTRA CHARGES ON DEMAND:
Bath linen € 7.00 per head for each change.
Bed linen € 10.00 per head for each change.
Midweek cleaning € 8.00 per hour.
Beach Service (1 beach umbrella + 2 sun bed) € 50.00 a week.
COMPULSORY EXTRA CHARGES TO BE PAY ON THE SPOT:
The Small-medium sized pets are admitted paying a compulsory contribution of €30.00 for the disinfection after the stay.
Cleaning done before and after the stay € 40.00 per flat.
Gas consumption: € 5.00 a week.
Power consumption (1Kw = 0.50 €) to calculate.
