If you don't find it first of all send an email containing these info:
• sleeps that you need
• dates of your stay (from Saturday to Saturday)
• particular requirements
• presence of children or elders
• presence of more couples
• presence of animals (almost never accepted)
When can I withdraw the keys? Always from 17.00p.m to the 20.00p.m of the established day.
My arrival is foreseen after 20.00 o’clock? Arrivals after 20:00 o’clock must be authorized at least 10 days before.
When can I leave the house? All the houses must be redelivered from 8.00a.m to 10.00a.m of the foreseen day for the departure.
Have I to pay the commissions besides the leasing?
No, our commissions are always inclusive.
Whose are the houses showed on lovecalabria.com?
Essentially they belong to individuals, in the other cases they belong to companies that develop Residence activity
How can I use Calabria.com Love?
As you prefer, without misusing of it .... within the website you can find several tourist info about the most facilities, in the special section you can book an aircraft and finally a house to enjoy your vacations.
Which guarantees I have that all information relating to the houses on the website is accurate and corresponds to the reality?
First of all this is a job for us, we don't want problems, we don't want to have useless discussions, we don't want to joke people or to steal money.
We represent a business that works, enrolled to the CCIAA of Rc, entitled to all the professions existing on the site. No matter add that the houses are personally checked by our staff. Secondly in our site you will achieve besides the description of the houses even some information related to the "faults" of the same ones, not only the merits. For ex. Excellent villa positioned in front of the Railway to 200 mt of distance from the rail crossing disturbs but slightly.
Can I pay by credit card? Yes, through our virtual pos
And if I don't want to use the credit card?
All the standard methods such as online money order, postal order and bank transfer are accepted.
Who have I to call if some breakdowns occurs in the house?
When we deal with the reception, inform us about it suddenly. We’ll advice the lessor and ask as urgently as possible for the intervention of a technician.
But attention, we’ll not be liable for any damage: we are an estate agency and the real properties aren’t ours but they belong to private landlords.
When you will be directly received by the landlord or his delegate inform him about it.
Who intervenes and when?
Rules and conditions concerning the intervention during the emergencies. In order to give you a statistical idea we have scheduled the following descriptive and informative chart relating to the problem solving.
A section(indicatively one, two working days)
Breakdowns involving the no working of basic systems :
Total lacking of water, Total lacking of light, no working of all the baths,
Total no working of the hob, Bad working of the refrigerator, No working of all the geysers.
B section (indicatively two, three or four working days)
Breakdowns not involving a serious trouble or drawback to the stay:
the washing machine doesn't work at all
the dishwasher doesn't work at all
other household appliances that don't work
C section refill or small upkeeps (as soon as possible 3/5 days )
Small malfunctions of the systems (water losses, slow shower draining...)
there aren’t kitchen utensils and the lessor assents for the replacement (cutlery, glasses. .)
Rules and communications
Working days * they don't clearly include Sunday and Saturday afternoon middle times of resolution are only indicative and really serve to the exact position of the house, the availability of labour, the lessor's consent. The following reports at 13,30p.m pass to the next day.
In case of simultaneousness among problems we give priority to problems of A section, then B section and finally C section.
Defining the importance of the problem, we consider the existence in the house of equivalent services: another bath, another water heater ect ect.
