Advices and suggestions
• Sometimes within the estate schedule it is possible to find some random mistake. The estate schedule are periodically checked but in several hundreds of estate schedule, some mistake can always happen. This is the reason why you’ll receive by e-mail a summary about information pointed out in the on-line estate schedule.
• You should suggest us the arrival and departure in time. It’s necessary to arrange the cleaning of the house and the delivery of the keys. Opening for the delivery of the houses: since - 17:00p.m. and up to -20.00p.m. day in which lease takes place.
Opening for the redelivery of the houses: since 8.30a.m. up to 10.00a.m. the last day of the lease. Within this time band, arrivals and departures of all customer must be agreed with the estate agency.
Possible withdrawals out of the time bands established previously can be perform only after a warrant written by the estate agency and they will imply the payment of a €25.00 penal sum .
No delivery or withdrawal of the keys will be done since 24:oop.m. up to 7.00 .
• Attention sheets and towels aren’t inclusive, you can bring yours or book them by our agency 30 days before the arrival. Last minute rentals are not possible during the day of the arrival.
The prices are weekly. Rentals for more weeks foresee the compulsory change on Saturdays with a cleaned and ironed set of sheets and towels.

• Communications to the State Police concerning the names of people who rent a house.
After the booking you must send an email suggesting all the personal data of the people coming together with you (name, family name, date and birthplace).
