1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS

The service that www.lovecalabria.com offers to the user (the "User") is provided by Simposium Service Ltd, situated in Scilla postcode 89058, Umberto Way 10-12, according to the following General Conditions to use the Service ("CGUS"). Lovecalabria.com has the right to modify the CGUSs whenever and without notice. The user will be able always to see the current hypertext of the CGUSs, as it will be updated step-by-step by Lovecalabria.com

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
Currently through its own tourist website, Lovecalabria.com provides to the users services to look for a tourist availability, information and air bookings. Except for contrary disposition expressed, any change making the Service’s use different from  the current form, as for the launching of new services, will be ruled by the CGUSs. The user recognizes and agrees that the Service is provided "SO As IT IS DESCRIBED " and " SO As IT IS AVAILABLE", therefore Lovecalabria.com! hasn’t any liability for the use and availability of this service. To use the Service, you have to get a link to the World Wide Web, directly or through other means allowing the access to issues situated on the Web, and to pay all the correspondent amount to such link. In addition it is necessary, that the users have suitable devices among which a computer, a modem and all he need for the link to the World Wide Web.
3. INFORMATION ON PRIVACY
The logging as well as every other possible info relating to a user, directly or indirectly, is gathered and used in execution and pursuance of the Legislative Decree n.196/2003 ("Code in matter of protection of the personal data") to the Privacy Policy of Lovecalabria.com.
The Data given by the users are collected and managed by Lovecalabria.com, also through computer procedures and devices, for the following purposes: (i) aims directly linked to the Service’s supply and management, in execution and pursuance of the present CGUSs; (ii) previous consent of the user, commercial info, marketing and market survey, mailing advertising material relating to commodities and services of Lovecalabria.com or advertisers as third parties; (iii) previous consent of the user, statistical survey about Services’ quality and the degree of users’ satisfaction, carried out both directly and tenks to the cooperation of specialized company; (iv) other survey having statistical nature.
4. SAVE HARMLESS CLAUSE
The user states and assures the indemnity of Simposium Service Ltd as well as the individuals linked to it or controlled by it, its representatives, employees as well as whatever subsidiary company about any obligation concerning the damages, reasonable forensic expenditures inclusive, that can be caused by the Contents given or mailed by the user, the use of that Service and the link to the Service by the user, or through a violation of the principles ruling its use and a violation of the rights of third parties.
5. PROHIBITION OF CESSION AND COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION OF THE SERVICE
However the user commit himself to not duble, duplicate, copy, sell, leasing, resell and exploit the Service or any part if ti for commercial porpuses, as well as its use or log in the Service.
6. CHANGES IN THE SERVICE
Whenever Lovecalabria.com wants has the right to modify or to deactivate, temporarily or permanently the Service (or any part of it), informing or not the user.

The Service or the users can provide link to other sites or to other resources of the web. However the user agrees that Simposium Service Ltd is not liable for the operation of such sites or outdoor resources.
8. OWNERSHIP OF SIMPOSIUM SERVICE Ltd
The user recognizes that the Service and all the computer softwares concerning the Service are protected by manufacturer and/or literary property. On the other hand the user recognizes and agrees that the Contents have been written in advertisement or information have been showed to the user through the service or the advertisers are protected by copyright, brands, patents or other rights about manufacturer and/or literary property.
9. RESTRAINTS ON LIABILITY OF SIMPOSIUM SERVICE Ltd
The user recognizes and agrees that Simposium Service Ltd will be never answerable for possible damages of any kinds and nature.
10. COMMUNICATIONS
Every communication among the parties will must be notified in writing and will be able to carried out both via e-mail and ordinary mail. Simposium Service Ltd will be able to perform communications concerning the changes to the present CGUSs or other issues introducing ganaral advices for the users in the Service or link to such advices.
11. COPYRIGHT AND LICENSEES
Simposium Service Ltd respects the rights of manufacturer and/or literary property of the others and ask to the users to do so. If  you believe that your work has been doubled or "negotiated" by third parties within the Service so that the norms on the copyright have been encroached, please inform us suddently.
12. JURISDICTION AND COMPETENT BAR
The present General Conditions and the business relations between Simposium Service Ltd and the user are ruled by the the Italian Jurisdiction. To wich conernes any dispute the Bar of Reggio Calabria will be exclusively competent.
