The booking procedure is the following:

1° "Confirmation availability",
2° "Improvement booking",
3° "Enhancement booking",
4° "Confirmation booking and instructions for the house’s delivery.

1 – how confirm the availability of the house:

Contact us or send an email to info@lovecalabria.comand say to our staff the name of the house, the tourist resort and the stay. We will verify in real time the availability about most of the houses, only in some cases we contact the lessor: then you’ll have an answer within some hours

2 – How improve the booking: 

confirmed the availability we’ll ask you to send us a written application of booking (by mail or fax) specifying your data. In the moment in which your written application arrives we will block the house for a time limit of 48 hours

3 – How enhance the booking:

within 48 hours following to the written application of booking, to enhance the booking you have to pay a confirming earnest on average equal to :
• the 30% of the total price of the lease if you book from 30 to 90 days before the delivery of the house.
• Pre-paid balance with booking from 0 to 30 days before the delivery of the house. When you will have effected the payment, you have to formalize  in writing the paid up deposit, sending us the receipt for money transfer by mail or fax and so the house is reserved on your behalf.

4 - "How Confirm booking and instructions for the house’s delivery.

Having evaluated your requirements and those one of other people arriving at the same day as you, a week before we will communicate you, meeting place, time and who you have to contact.

Methods of Payment:

Credit card 

We’ll send it by email with the link of the sure server where you’ll be able to make the payment.
We should add the 3% for administrative expenses of management to the amount that you have to pay.
Exp. Down payment € 100 The Virtual POS ( virtual bancomat service) will add 3% , so they will be transferred € 100 down payment + € 3 administrative expenses.
