If you will decide to recess the lease you won't lose the paid-up sums, however you shouldn’t pay any commission for the job that we carry out.
These conditions are valid only for some vacation houses, therefore, before blocking a house we ask you to check with our staff what has been mentioned above.

Protected earnest rule(offer subjected to restraints)
The paid-up earnest won't be lost but you’ll be able to use it again only one time within 12 months from the date of the payment.
The maximum term to communicate the cancellation of a booking is absolutely fixed 35 days before the beginning of the tenancy. The minimum term to communicate the tenancy selected to use again the protected earnest is absolutely fixed in 90 days before the beginning of the aforesaid lease.
The lease selected to use the earnest again must have equal or larger amount compared to the former lease. "Protected Earnest” Option can be used for the followings reasons :
Serious health reasons of a relative joined by family status and next of kins. Revocation of the vacations by employer’s statement.
Damage to his/her own house larceny or fire previous denunciation to Police Force. The Simposium Service Ltd society can ask to the tenant the whole necessary documents to guarantee the option (health certificates, Police Force and employer’s declaration ). In case of false statement or non clear documentation the request won't be accepted. 
Example of Protected Earnest option:
The present offer is valid only for the booking done within 31/03/2008
Rent 2 weeks in September 2008 in Gemma, South Scylla
28/03/2007 booking, Total amount €1200, Protected earnest €400.
Communicate us the renunciation because of good reasons 40 days before the beginning of the stay.
Reuse Protected earnest within 28/03 / 2009, Release 2 weeks July 2009. Total amount €1200. Protected earnest Reuse 2008 €400. Rent balance €800.
